What Is Psychosocial Recovery Coaching?

Our psychosocial support services are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. We assist with:

Community Access

  • Attending social groups, activities, and events
  • Visiting local facilities such as libraries, gyms, cafes, or parks
  • Support to maintain friendships or build new social networks
  • Accompanied outings to promote confidence and independence

Skill Building & Personal Development

  • Planning and organising daily routines
  • Budgeting, shopping, and money management
  • Meal planning and basic cooking skills
